Typically administered orally, sublingually (under the tongue), or intranasally (snorted). In some cases, it may be injected if dissolved in a suitable solvent, though this method is highly dangerous.

Dosage and Effects: 

  • Opioid Effects: Profound analgesia, intense euphoria, and sedation.

  • Adverse Effects: Drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, constipation, respiratory depression, and confusion.

 

Mainly NAS, reported dose range 30-100 mg dissolved in water or propylene glycol. PO as “M30” pill is also reported. (6)

Side Effects:

  • Common: Feelings of intense relaxation, pain relief, and euphoria. These effects are often accompanied by heavy sedation and physical lethargy.

  • Severe: Respiratory depression, loss of consciousness, and potential fatal overdose, particularly when combined with other central nervous system depressants like alcohol or benzodiazepines.
