Dosage and Effects:

  • Opioid Effects: Profound euphoria, pain relief, sedation, and a sense of relaxation.

  • Adverse Effects: Respiratory depression (slowed or stopped breathing), drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, constipation, and pinpoint pupils.

Information Regarding the Substance

Physical Description:

Methoxyacetylfentanyl typically appears as a white to off-white powder, although its appearance can vary depending on the purity and cutting agents used. In tablet form, it is often found in counterfeit opioid pills that mimic pharmaceutical medications.

Side Effects:

  • Common: Sedation, analgesia (pain relief), euphoria, confusion, drowsiness, and reduced mental alertness. Users may also report a warm sensation and slowed breathing as the opioid suppresses the central nervous system.

  • Severe: Respiratory depression, unconsciousness, hypoxia (lack of oxygen), and death.
