Administration:
The drug is typically taken orally in tablet or liquid form. Sublingual administration (under the tongue) or use via blotter paper is also common due to the small effective dose. Insufflation (snorting) is less practical due to the small volume required.

Primary Effects: Intense sedation, anxiolysis (reduction of anxiety), amnesia, and muscle relaxation. The onset of effects is rapid, and the duration is long, often lasting 12-18 hours or more, with residual effects sometimes extending for over a day.

Adverse Effects: Profound drowsiness, confusion, impaired motor function, and anterograde amnesia (inability to form new memories).
