Administration:

Dosage and Effects:

Opioid Effects: Pain relief, euphoria, relaxation, and drowsiness.

Adverse Effects: Dizziness, nausea, vomiting, constipation, respiratory depression, and confusion. Chronic use can lead to dependence and withdrawal symptoms, similar to other opioids.

PO: 20-500 mg (majority of users limit at < 100 mg)

Severe: Profound respiratory depression, unconsciousness, seizures, and in extreme cases, death. Long-term use has been associated with significant neurotoxicity, peripheral neuropathy, and hearing loss in some users.
