Administration: 

Like other synthetic opioids, it can be taken orally, snorted (insufflation), injected intravenously, or smoked. In illicit settings, it has been found in counterfeit pills and nasal sprays.

Dosage and Effects: 

• Opioid Effects: Pain relief, euphoria, relaxation, and drowsiness.

• Adverse Effects: Can cause severe respiratory depression, even at low doses. Other risks include dizziness, nausea, vomiting, confusion, drowsiness, and pinpoint pupils.​

Physical Description: 

It typically appears as a white, beige, or off-white powder, often mixed with cutting agents or pressed into counterfeit opioid tablets resembling prescription painkillers.

Side Effects:

• Common: Itching, constipation, dry mouth, and cognitive impairment.

• Severe: The most serious risk is respiratory arrest, which can rapidly lead to coma and death, especially when mixed with depressants like alcohol or benzodiazepines. Severe opioid withdrawal can occur with prolonged use.
