Administration: 

Valeryl fentanyl is most commonly administered by insufflation (snorting), oral ingestion, smoking, or intravenous injection.

Dosage and Effects: 

  • Opioid Effects: Analgesia (pain relief), euphoria, sedation, and respiratory depression. Its action mimics other opioids but, due to its potency, the onset of effects can be faster and more intense compared to traditional opioids like oxycodone or heroin.

  • Adverse Effects: Serious risks include profound respiratory depression, loss of consciousness, hypotension, bradycardia (slow heart rate), and potential death.

Physical Description: 

Valeryl fentanyl typically appears as a fine white to off-white powder. It is chemically similar to other fentanyl analogs, often indistinguishable without laboratory analysis.

Side Effects:

  • Common: Euphoria, relaxation, drowsiness, constipation, itchiness, and reduced pain sensation.

  • Severe: Respiratory arrest, coma, severe hypoxia (lack of oxygen), cardiac arrest, and death.
