Administration: 

It is usually administered orally, but it can also be taken sublingually or, less commonly, via nasal insufflation (snorting).

Dosage and Effects: 

  • Primary Effects: Sedation and relaxation, reduced anxiety and stress, muscle relaxation, anticonvulsant properties, euphoria or calming mood

  • Adverse Effects: Drowsiness and fatigue, impaired coordination and motor skills, memory impairment or amnesia, and reduced cognitive function.

Dose Range (oral):

  • Light: 0.25-1 mg

  • Common: 1-2 mg

  • Strong: 2 mg+

Onset and Duration:

  • Onset: 15-90 minutes

  • Duration: 8-12 hours

  • After Effects: 1-24 hours
