Administration: It can be administered via oral ingestion, nasal insufflation (snorting), intravenous (IV) injection, sublingual (SL) administration, or smoking.

Dosage and Effects:

Opioid Effects: Acetylfentanyl produces strong analgesia, euphoria, sedation, and severe respiratory depression, similar to other potent opioids.

Adverse Effects: High risk of overdose and death, primarily due to respiratory depression. Other side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and constipation.

Physical Description: Typically found as a white or off-white powder, but it may also be found in liquid or tablet form in illicit drug markets.

Side Effects:

Common: Sedation, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, constipation, and respiratory depression.

Severe: Risk of respiratory arrest, coma, and death, especially in cases of overdose or when mixed with other CNS depressants like alcohol or benzodiazepines.
