Antidote: 

Naloxone is ued to reverse respiratory depression. Multiple doses may be necessary due to Etazene’s high potency.

Pharmacokinetics and Dynamics

Metabolism: 

Etazene is metabolized in the liver, primarily by enzymes in the cytochrome P450 system. Its metabolites are excreted through the urine.

Drug-Drug Interactions: 

Etazene has dangerous interactions with other CNS depressants, such as alcohol, benzodiazepines, or barbiturates, dramatically increasing the risk of respiratory depression and overdose. It may also interact with drugs that affect CYP450 enzyme activity, altering its metabolism and increasing its toxicity.
