Metodesnitazene:

A synthetic opioid belonging to the benzimidazole opioid class. It is a novel psychoactive substance (NPS) and a derivative of etonitazene, a potent opioid agonist. This drug is structurally related to other nitazene compounds, which are known for their high potency and significant risk of overdose.
