Acryloylfentanyl: A synthetic opioid and a structural analog of fentanyl. It is modified with an acryloyl group attached to the piperidine nitrogen atom, differentiating it from fentanyl.

Potency: Acryloylfentanyl is slightly less potent than fentanyl but still significantly more potent than morphine. Its potency makes it extremely dangerous even in small doses.

Acryloylfentanyl is used illicitly to mimic the potent effects of fentanyl. It is often added to street drugs, such as heroin, to increase their potency or as a substitute for other opioids.
