Desmethylflunitrazepam Effects: Sedation, relief from anxiety, muscle relaxation, hypnosis, and amnesia.

Adverse Effects: Common side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, impaired motor coordination, and memory loss. Severe effects can include respiratory depression, especially when combined with other CNS depressants, and loss of consciousness.
