Etonitazepyne:
A synthetic opioid structurally related to etonitazene, which is part of the nitazene family. It is a novel psychoactive substance (NPS) developed as an analog of highly potent opioids.

Etonitazepyne is reported to be many times stronger than morphine and even fentanyl. Estimates suggest it may be comparable to other nitazene-class opioids like isotonitazene, which can be up to 20–100 times more potent than morphine.

Purpose
It is sought after for its intense euphoria and analgesic effects, though its extreme potency increases the risk of overdose. It may also be used to adulterate other drugs, such as heroin or counterfeit pills, which increases its potential for unintentional overdose.
