Routes of Administration and Effects
Administration:
Can be snorted, injected, ingested orally, smoked, or absorbed sublingually (under the tongue). It may also be encountered in transdermal patches through rare cases.
Dosage and Effects:

Opioid Effects: Euphoria, profound sedation, analgesia (pain relief), and respiratory depression.

Adverse Effects: Respiratory depression, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, pinpoint pupils, constipation, and reduced mental alertness.

Physical Description:
Methylfentanyls are most often seen as white to off-white crystalline powders, though their color can vary with impurities. In counterfeit tablets, they may resemble pharmaceutical opioids like oxycodone or hydrocodone.
Side Effects:

Common: Euphoria, drowsiness, pain relief, mental clouding and confusion, and slowed respiratory rate and reduced reflexes.

Severe: Hypoxia (lack of oxygen), unconsciousness or coma, cardiac arrest, death from overdose.
