Flualprazolam typically appears as a white or off-white powder but is also commonly pressed into tablets resembling prescription benzodiazepines or sold in liquid form. Counterfeit pills often mimic pharmaceutical medications like Xanax, making identification difficult and increasing the risk of unintentional misuse.
Side Effects:

Common: Excessive sedation, dizziness and confusion, impaired memory and cognitive function (anterograde amnesia), slurred speech and loss of coordination, and fatigue.

Severe: Profound respiratory depression, unconsciousness, coma, and fatal respiratory failure, particularly when combined with other central nervous system depressants like alcohol or opioids.
