Adverse Effects: Severe respiratory depression is the most immediate and dangerous effect, which can lead to fatal overdose very quickly. Other risks include hypotension, sedation, confusion, and loss of consciousness.

Physical Description:
Generally appears as a white powder, similar in appearance to powdered fentanyl or heroin. It may be difficult to distinguish from other substances without chemical analysis.
